I just wanted to share with you this powerful health smoothie I have made, the ingredients don’t have to be exact, and always get organic if possible, NEVER GMO! Enjoy
1/4 C spinach
1/3 Beet root
1 tbs raw honey
1 tbs dandelion root
1tbs diatomaceous Earth (food grade)
1 tbs coconut oil
1/2C fermented ginger juice (found in health food stores, I used Synergy)
1 tsp Kyogreen (Chlorella, kelp supplement)
3 ice cubes
place in a powerful food emulsifier, like the Healthmaster, vitamix, ninja….and ENJOY!
